1) The 3D scan captures every detail of the property and cannot be edited once scanned. Therefore it is critical that the

home be in top condition. Properties will be shot AS IS. There is no PhotoShop option for these scans.

2) Once the scanning has begun nothing can be moved or changed until the entire process is complete.

3) For the best quality scan, all people and pets should be out of the property during the scanning process.

4) Depending on the size of the property, the scanning process can take from 1 to 3 hours.

5) Only interior spaces can be scanned. Exterior facades, yards and spaces are not included in the 3D models.

6) If there are multiple buildings on the property that are not physically attached to one another with direct interior access from one to the other, only the main building/home will be scanned.  Due to the inability of the 3D camera system to scan exterior spaces buildings that are not physically connected cannot be aligned with one another in the scan system.

7) Daytime shoots only, not available for twilight.

8) Note there is a 10,000 square foot maximum.  Buildings over this size are not supported by the Matterport system due to the number of scans required to capture them.

9) If adding a floor plan with measurements to your order please note they can take up to 48 hours to be processed.
